Together in life and business, Tim Silva and Stephanie Moore, offer over 30 years of experience in the food service business and have enjoyed working together throughout New England.

 They put there talents together in 2008, when they opened a wholesale bakery.  After several years, a decision was made to travel, with the main goal being to avoid the cold and snow!

They have been living full time in their RV, traveling from New England to Florida, for the past 3 years.  While searching for a RV Resort for the summer, they stumbled upon Drake's Island Resort...and the New Drake's Island Cafe!

Both are extremely excited to offer fresh products, great service and reasonable prices at the cafe.  The cafe offers breakfast and lunch.  Catering during May through October will be available.
